The spreadsheet work that keeps coming back

Draft the recurring update.

The weekly update to clients or the team says the same things in the same shape, and still takes an hour to write. Nativeloop drafts it from the sheets that hold the numbers, and the draft waits for you.

What handing it off looks like

Describe the update once.

Which sheets hold the numbers, what the update always covers, and the voice it should keep.

It drafts from source.

Each cycle it reads the connected sheets and writes the draft, with every figure traced to its cell.

You approve the draft.

Nothing lands in Google Docs until you approve. Edit it, approve it, or decline it.

Drafted from the sheets. The final word is yours.

What the first session needs

  • The sheets that hold the numbers, shared or linked.
  • One past update you actually sent, so the draft learns the shape you keep.
  • What the update always covers, and the voice it should keep.

That is the whole setup. No template to fill in, no workflow builder to learn.

Permission is earned, not assumed

It reads what you shared and nothing else. The first writes are new tabs beside your data. Google-file changes today apply only after you approve the proposal. Read the full Security page.

Asked about this routine

Does it send the update?

No. It drafts. The draft lands in Google Docs only after you approve it, and sending remains yours: proposals for email exist in preview, and the final send is deliberately disabled.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the connected sheets, with every figure traced to its cell. Ask where a number came from and it shows the cell.

What if the draft is wrong?

Decline it or edit it. Nothing lands in Google Docs until you approve, and each cycle's draft, sources, and decision stay on the record.

Bring us this routine.

We onboard in small batches. A Loop is a routine the company hands off, and we work with each early company to get the first one right. Tell us about this one. We will email when there is a fit and a place opens.
