What “agent work” means

Agent work is the model and tool usage behind a run: reading the connected sheets, drafting the result, and checking its own output. Every run shows its price in dollars as it happens, beside the work it performed.

Your plan includes an amount each month. Past that amount, you pay the same rates your meter already showed. We publish example run prices only when they come from reproducible production records, never estimates dressed up as customer evidence.

Caps are yours. Set a monthly limit and new work stops before it, with a note to the owner. Work already running finishes within its own budget. No surprise bills by construction.

Try it first: connect your files, get the readout, and approve the first proposed changes. $15 of agent work included. No card.

Bring us the routine that does not fit in a template

Early companies can work directly with us to design and test the first Loop around their real files and operating rules. Bring the routine, the source sheets, and what a correct cycle looks like. We build the Loop, compare it with past work, and put it into production with you.

Hands-on delivery is scoped and priced separately from the software plans. Tell us about the routine when you join the waitlist.

The price is monthly. The evenings are yours.

FAQ

Is it really not per seat?

It is really not per seat. One price covers your whole company. The unit of value is the routine that stops eating a person’s week, not a login.

Which plan should I choose?

Starter is for handing off the first routines with standard support. Company adds more included agent work plus priority onboarding and support for Loops running in production. The software and permission mechanics are the same. We do not put oversight behind the higher price.

What happens when I hit the cap?

New work pauses and the owner gets one email. Anything already running finishes within its own budget. Raise the cap or let it rest until next month. Nothing is lost.

Can I see what a single run cost?

Yes. Every run shows its price in dollars, alongside what it did and who approved it.

What can it touch?

Only what you granted: folders shared with your Nativeloop address, links you pasted, and single files you picked. It starts read-only, writes to new tabs first, and edits existing data only under a separate permission. Google-file changes currently require your approval.

Do you train AI models on my data?

No. Your Google Workspace content is never used to train generalized models, and it is stored separately from anything model training can reach. The Security page explains the boundary and the providers involved.

What is a Loop?

A routine you hand off. You describe it in plain language, the agent drafts it, and you review and approve it before the first run. It runs on schedule and asks when it is unsure.

What if it gets something wrong?

Google-file changes today wait for an approved proposal, so a wrong draft can be declined before it changes the sheet. Every applied change stays on the record, with the source, result, and person who approved it.

How do I cancel?

From the app, anytime. Your source files remain in Google.

Bring us the first routine.

We onboard in small batches and work with each early company to get its first Loop right.
